Clubs and/or Associations that use our products, may send you direct marketing communications and information about their services and products. This may take the form of emails, SMS, mail or other forms of communication, in accordance with the Spam Act and the Privacy Act. You may opt-out of receiving these materials by contacting us using the details set out below or by using the opt-out facilities (e.g. an unsubscribe link) included in these communications.
TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We may disclose personal information for the purposes described in this privacy policy to:
our employees and related bodies corporate;
third party suppliers and service providers that facilitate the operation of our websites, platform and services which include but are not limited to;

Clubs, Associations and service providers in the maritime industry;
sponsors or promoters of any competition that Clubs, Associations and service providers in the maritime industry conduct via our services;
